During our initial meeting, whether at our office, on your lot or one of our construction sites or over a cup of coffee, our goal is to make the process simple and enjoyable, but comprehensive and detailed. We specialize in delivering a true custom experience with each client, regardless of home size, style or complexity. This means you, our client, are not restricted from the very beginning with preselected brands and/or standardized allowance packages. Through ongoing collaboration, we transform your vision into your reality, while staying within your predetermined budget. We encourage you to specify yours “must haves and don’t wants”. Ultimately, your selections are limited only by the realities of your own personal taste and budgetary constraints.
Based upon our ongoing dialogue, your architectural plans may have been adjusted or your selections may have changed. Therefore, we prefer to provide you with a final detailed bid, referencing the exact specifications, brands, model numbers, etc. requested. This ensures expectations are established before we execute a contract. While the contract is being prepared, we typically begin the following tasks (may vary due to your actual home site location): determine home orientation, begin site preparation, excavation, utility services, septic design, obtaining permits, submitting plans for ACC approval and conducting third party soil testing due to this area’s array of geological conditions. Simultaneously, we coordinate our construction timeline, tradesmen and women and materials to estimate our project length.
Once the contract is signed, insurance is in place and all approvals required have been granted, our project may commence. You can expect continuous communication throughout the entire process directly with our President- Kevin Butschek. Kevin will be your project manager and serve as your primary point of contact staying true to our commitment of service excellence.
